Day 84 – June 27, 2014

Mothers are killing America. As I run late mornings on small roads past suburban mansions, I am narrowly skirted mostly by two types of vehicles: gardener crew trucks and SUVs helmed by frantic mothers.

I should patriotically support Moms along with The United States and apple pie. Without Moms, our communities collapse. Moms bolster schools, kids’ teams, and families.

Yet do Moms have to consume so many resources? Baby diapers, strollers, larger cars, big houses, perhaps even the whole notion of suburbs. Moms are ecological disasters. So much bought and then thrown out for the sake of children. This is not collectivism; this is Mom grabbing what she can to promote her children ahead of other children.
